Deep Dimension Inc. (“Company”) collects your name, email address, organization (optional), and message when you submit the contact form. Anonymous, cookie-less usage statistics (page views, performance metrics) are collected to improve the site and do not identify individuals.
2. How we use it
Collected information is used solely to respond to inquiries, arrange product demos, and analyze aggregate site usage.
3. Retention
Inquiry data is retained for one year after the inquiry is resolved, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Processors and international transfer
We use the following processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and anonymous analytics, USA) and Resend (contact email delivery, USA). Your information may be processed on servers located in the United States with appropriate safeguards.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information at any time using the contact below.
